Persephone

Persephone is a partially habitable, tidally-locked planet in the Cerberos star system.
It is rendered semi-habitable by the energy-based organisms that live there: The Nachtan.
The energy organisms participate in a migratory behavior across the surface of the planet which causes a false-night-time as they absorb energy during their travel over the light-side of the planet. This has created a strip near the prime meridian that is semi-habitable with Earth-like qualities such as liquid water. The Nachtan are close allies of the Corona-Beta Malych and are a part of the singularitous multi-stellar nation called "The Immanence".
